Live Laugh Love ..... for Scrap FX

Hi Scrap FX fans, today I have my latest project a double page layout to share with you all...

"Live Laugh Love"

For my title I used the Live Laugh Love mini painted this up with Vivid Ultra Metallics.

I added Chicken Wire painted with black gesso around the double layout.

I added the #betrue from the #Wisdom pack, again painted up with the Vivid Ultra Metallics.

I also added #beyourself from the #Wisdom pack

and finally I also added the #bebold from the #Wisdom pack

Inspiration and Merry Christmas for Scrap FX

Hi everyone, today I'd like to share my latest creations created for Scrap FX Inspiration and Merry Christmas... 

First up I have a layout "Inspiration"

This is a pic from the first time I met Louise in real life back in 2015... she has always been such an inspiration in my creative endeavours, it was an amazing moment for me... and what an amazing weekend it was, full of fabulous classes and techniques...

To create the layout I used the Flourish 12 Scribble.... a gorgeous swirly flourish that I left the raw chipboard covered with clear crackle... 

 I used the one of the 2015's from the 2015 year pack and treated that the same way as the flourish...

 for my title I used the midi inspiration,  sums up the whole experience... pure inspiration...

Next up another layout to share.... Merry Christmas...

The new Christmas release in November was perfect for this fun pic with santa....

I began the background using my gel press plate ... and the Numbers Collage Stencil...

I added the Petal Pattern Stencil...

then I added some metallic modelling paste using the Camelia stencil...

 Next up I stamped the Doodled Star stamp ....

 added some scrawled white pen work...

and also used the small plain stars from the Doodle Star stamp...

I added the Merry Christmas Scramble as my title for the layout...

I also added some Chicken Wire ...

I finished off the layout using a Sketchy Star....

Kanishka and Wanderlust.... for Scrap FX

Hi everyone, today I'd like to share my latest creations for Scrap FX with you all... 

First up I have a layout "Kanishka"

 I love this photo of Kanishka when he was only 3 weeks old... it already shows his cheeky attitude, look at him sticking his tongue out...

 I used the new Beaded Strings on either side of my photo...  love these for all types of layouts... 

 I also added the Love Paw from the Love Paw and Heart Set...

 For my title I used the Paris Alphabet Upper Case and Paris Alphabet Lower Case...

 I used the Doodled Star Stamp in the background , such a pretty stamp....

As a finishing touch I added the #furbaby from the #pets set...

Next up I have another layout.... Wanderlust

This is a pic of Bill and I at the Grand Canyon... just before we went on the skywalk... 

 I used the Mercator Flourish at the edge of my photo...

 I used the Felicity Stencil on the background...

 along with the Figure of a Man Stencil...

 I added the Mistletoe chipboard for extra detail...

 I used the Harlequin stamp on my background...

along with the Circles and Lines Stamp...

I finished off the layout with the Wanderlust Arrow, for my title...

Creative Paperclay® tip for November

Hi Creative Paperclay® fans, it's Cindy here, I am excited to share with you my tip for November... How to create a Sea Turtle Armature ready for sculpting with Creative Paperclay®..

Creating an armature prior to sculpting with Creative Paperclay® saves you drying time with your clay as it is not as dense... and of course it saves you clay itself, as you are only having to cover over the armature not use a whole lump of clay...

Aluminium Foil
tape

Friends and wishes Do Come True..... for Scrap FX

Hi everyone, today I'd like to share my latest layout for Scrap FX using their latest releases...

"wishes DO Come True"

 

 this was another amazing moment from my Thailand trip... getting the opportunity to feed a baby tiger like this was amazing!!! 

   

 I used the new Fancy Feathers Stamp with some Vivid paint to stamp in a couple of spots on the edges of the layout.. and I also used the Dramatic Dancer Stencil to create a few sketchy line details... 

 

 I add the Lotus Flourish D painted up with Vivid to the edge of my photo...

 

I used the Cool Circles Stencil to add extra dimension to my background...

   

I painted the title with Vivid paint... love the shine these give to chipboard...

   

 I used one of the Curly Arrows to finish of the layout... 

 

 Next up I have a quick art journal spread.... "Friends"  

 I made a little step by step of the process...

   

 First, apply distress oxide inks, then rub over with a baby wipe...

   

 next apply a layer of gesso....

   

 using the House & Home Stamp with distress ink stamp all over the gesso...

   

 using the Party Girl Stencil inserts and more distress oxide inks, apply the first set of girls...

   

 using a different distress oxide colour I applied the Modern Girl Stencil...

   

final step was to write in the quote...
