You are Awesome & Birdie Mixed Media Tags for Scrap FX

Hi Scrap FX fans,

thanks for joining me here. Today I have my latest layout... "You are awesome"

This is my cute 4 year old niece, Chelsea, she is such a character... I used Deco Art Fluid Media Paints for my background along with Zip Stamp...

I used the new Wire and Ribbon frame over the photo...

I added the new Boho Arrow Border to embellish the layout

For my title I use the "You are Awesome" wordlet...

For my background I used the Circular Shawl Stencil...

I used the Letter Collage C to embellish the page... and a 2018 from the 2018 year pack...

Next up, I have a couple of mixed media tags...

I decided to have a little play around with some of the new stamps and stencils ... and these birdy tags are the results...  here are some close ups...

And I also have a little process video for you.... enjoy

Inspiration and Merry Christmas for Scrap FX

Hi everyone, today I'd like to share my latest creations created for Scrap FX Inspiration and Merry Christmas... 

First up I have a layout "Inspiration"

This is a pic from the first time I met Louise in real life back in 2015... she has always been such an inspiration in my creative endeavours, it was an amazing moment for me... and what an amazing weekend it was, full of fabulous classes and techniques...

To create the layout I used the Flourish 12 Scribble.... a gorgeous swirly flourish that I left the raw chipboard covered with clear crackle... 

 I used the one of the 2015's from the 2015 year pack and treated that the same way as the flourish...

 for my title I used the midi inspiration,  sums up the whole experience... pure inspiration...

Next up another layout to share.... Merry Christmas...

The new Christmas release in November was perfect for this fun pic with santa....

I began the background using my gel press plate ... and the Numbers Collage Stencil...

I added the Petal Pattern Stencil...

then I added some metallic modelling paste using the Camelia stencil...

 Next up I stamped the Doodled Star stamp ....

 added some scrawled white pen work...

and also used the small plain stars from the Doodle Star stamp...

I added the Merry Christmas Scramble as my title for the layout...

I also added some Chicken Wire ...

I finished off the layout using a Sketchy Star....

Adventure

Hi everyone,  today I'm sharing my latest layout for Scrap FX,  Adventure, using some of this months new releases...

  This is a picture I took while I was Hot Air Ballooning over Melbourne... all I can say is it was magical... 

  I chose the new adventure arrow for my title, just love these new arrow titles in the latest release...

   

 For my background I use the cool circles stencil with some modelling paste for texture, before paint and inking it up...

   

 I added the new Compass Aim and the Mercator  Flourish after painting them up with some Vivid Ultra Metallic paint...

   

 I also used the Feather stamps and stamped them onto watercolour paper, then stamped the Chicken Wire Stamp over them, before adding them to my layout...

   

 To finish my layout off I used the Chicken Wire Stamp around the edge of my layout along with a small text stamp...

   

 A final look at the layout...

Adore and We're all Mad Here...... for Scrap FX

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me here today, I have my latest shares for Scrap FX...  Adore and We're all Mad here.... First up is "Adore"

Another pic of one of my gorgeous nieces "Tilly" she is such a character...

I created my background using the Numbers Collage Stencil and my Gel Press plate.

I added more detail to my background using the Seed Pod Stamp, large...

I added the new Flourish 20 to the bottom of the photo, it's one of several new flourishes Scrap FX released  this month...

I finished the layout off with my title "Adore"... 

Next up I have "We're all mad here"....

this is the group photo from my retreat in May, we had a rainbow colour theme and the ladies didn't fail to join in the fun...

As soon as I saw this new Mad Teacup title "We're all mad here" I knew I had to do a layout with this photo... just perfect...

I added some modelling paste through the Coffee Love Stencil to my background.... it's a great stencil...

To finish off I added the Steamy Curls  to either edge of my photo...
