Livin' it up

Hi everyone, I'm here today to share with you another layout I created for the Couture Creations blog....  "Livin' it Up"

this is a pic of Bill and I at one of those old fashion photo booths at Dreamworld... just a bit of fun...

I cut out heaps of these petite doilies and layered flowers... I wasn't sure how many I wanted to use, and ended up with about have this lot left for my next project....

I layered the flowers up in different combinations to produce my layout...

I use the Couture gemstones to create the flower centres... and the mini gemstones on the layout...

I used pieces of the Hearts ease papers to form my photo mat layers...

I layered up with the petite doilies....

Phuket

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me here, today I'd like to share with you a piece I created for Scrap FX... "Phuket"

todays layout is sharing another pic from my visit to Tiger Kingdom in Phuket...

I created my background using the Abstract stencil with some modelling paste, loads of paint, and then finished with some acrylic ink in black and white....
I had loads of fun getting messy with this background...

I used the Circle Mash Collage on this layout.... I cut it into two pieces to spread it out a little further...
I also used the Steampunk Transparency under the photo...

I added my favourite mini hearts from the Lots of Love pack....
 they are just so cute...

finally I added my mini title.... "Phuket" this font was a special order... but if you love it, just ask Jill for Cindy's mini Phuket...

One last pic of the layout...

Steampunk Birds.....

Hi everyone, thanks for joining me here, today I'd like to share with you a piece I created for Scrap FX... "Steampunk Birds"

I created the background using some Viva Croco, Tattered Angels sprays and some micro beads...

The steampunk birds come in two sizes and two pieces... I embossed the top cog piece of each of the birds using the Stampendous shabby blue embossing powder...

I also used the Rustic Tendril Corner and painted it up with some Inka Gold in various blues...

One last pic of the canvas...

I hope you have all had a wonderful christmas and a wonderful start to the New Year....
